The Competition Policy and High-Tech Markets training programme has a modular structure and covers issues related to the Digital Single Market strategy, algorithm-enabled cartels, antitrust and dominance in high tech markets, distribution in the digital age and antitrust issues related to standard essential patents.

During this course, a series of modules are dispatched for small groups of participants at a time, allowing for a very interactive training format.

Throughout the different sessions, practical simulations and case studies are carried out for each topic in focus. Debriefing sessions and active discussions are also key elements of this advanced training course.

To enhance the experience, the programme includes keynote speeches/dinner talks, intended to provide a discussion platform between the participants and high-level experts.
