Registration Policy:

The registration deadline for this course is Wednesday, 24 June 2020.

The registration fees* are € 1,500 (including full-board & lodging) and had to be paid before 24 June 2020 to the College of Europe with mention “Competition Policy & High-Tech Markets + participant’s name”  BNP PARIBAS FORTIS, Bruges, Account no. 280-0200672-16, BNP PARIBAS FORTIS, Vlamingstraat 78, B-8000 Bruges (IBAN: BE72 2800 2006 7216; BIC / Swift code: GEBABEBB). Receipt of this form shall be acknowledged and your registration shall be definite upon receipt of the payment.

*Discount policy:
Early birds (booking and paying by 31 March 2020), previous participants to Development Office training courses and group registrations receive a discount of 10%. College of Europe Alumni benefit from a 15% discount.

Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations after 17 June 2020 will be charged 50 % of the fee.
  • Cancellations as of 24 June 2020 will be charged 100 % of the fee.

Applicants fulfilling the conditions for participation will be accepted on the basis of a "first subscribed, first in" policy. The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile. Should the required minimum number of participants for one session not be met, the training programme will be postponed to the following session. Participants will have the option either to be reimbursed or participate in a successive edition.

Privacy policy:
The data collected and stored by the College of Europe is only that which is necessary for the purposes to which you have consented, i.e.:
- registration to the selected course
- payment of registration fee
- inclusion in the list of participants of the selected course
- distribution of information about future initiatives of the College of Europe (newsletter, professional training on EU Affairs) if selected.
Data collected for these purposes will be controlled and processed by the College of Europe. By default, your information is not shared with any other party. In some circumstances the data may be processed by a third party (e.g. Mail Chimp, an email service offered through the url, owned and operated by the Rocket Science Group, LLC Marketing.).
Personal data and payment data are stored for seven years for administrative purposes and auditing. These data will not be shared to third parties.
We will always ask your consent to store your personal data to send you information about the consultancy and training activities of the College of Europe. You can at any moment update the preferences and / or unsubscribe from our list.
Professional and educational data are anonymously saved for statistical purposes.
All data except the ones listed above (e.g. dietary requirements and medical needs) are treated as confidential during the implementation of the course and are erased by the College of Europe three months after the last day of implementation of the relevant course. Identification data will be kept for statistical purposes and for distribution of information about the initiatives of the College of Europe.
